Randstand came to Jam&Co because their global office had just released a new brand and guidelines and they needed to produce an updated and simplified brochure. It was Jam’s role to implement the guidelines whilst still maintaining the integrity of the brand.
The brand was minimalist with strong graphical shapes and colour – a more contemporary look and feel. Randstad Australia required a corporate profile which would talk about their different divisions and history, it would show a holistic view of the company, written in a storytelling manner. Jam was tasked with the copywriting and design to ensure the document would be consumed rather than “just another brochure”.
“Human Forward” was the tag line given to the launch – the human forward story was to be used to educate existing b2b clients as well as new prospects.
The marriage of both minimalist and a normally copy heavy document was managed and edited resulting in a clean, simple easy to read and emotionally connecting document that helped launch the new brand. The document is a testament to clear guidelines and great creativity.
