Caroma is a premium brand that is known for continually producing quality and stylish products. They came to Jam&Co to update their packaging to have a retail centric focus. The current packaging sold in Bunnings was also the same packaging that was sold in their trade channel and did not reflect the premium nature of the brand or products.

Jam&Co was tasked with creating category leading packaging for their range of bathroom products to help the products sell themselves and aide consumers in the decision making process at the Bunnings shelf.
The key design challenge was to show consumers why consumers should pay a 20% premium for the Caroma products. The pack needed to communicate key brand information like Caroma’s category leading warranty and their long history of products being designed by Australians for Australians.
The end design utilised the Caroma kit of brand elements building in an emotional connection with consumers. The design is modern yet stylish, and developed to reflect the quality of the product inside. Jam &Co designers used the brand imagery in combination with an inspirational image to convey a sense of freshness and a uniquely Australian design.
