The goal of the initiative was unlock the potential with in the brand ensuring the new brand and packaging design reflected the current artisan bread trend. Every touch-point needed to be refreshed to maximise the visual appeal of the high quality breads on shelf. Within only 2 weeks the unit sales of Bill’s bread had jumped by 25% in Coles and after 5 weeks had grown over 41%. Unit sales still continue to grow with product often selling out in both Coles and WoolWorths.
