Surprise them on shelf and when they get home
There are two parts to creating SURPRISE brand marketers need to take into account when it comes to their product packaging design.
- The first part of the SURPRISE at the shelf. It’s the “WOW!” that excites the category and catches the consumer’s eye calling for them to pick the pack up off the shelf and engage with it.
- The second SURPRISE comes when the consumer gets to open the pack making them go WOW!
